A Day of Sunshine and Sunflowers and Insects

We went to Bostock Sunflower's Flowers which is quite near us.
It was rather hot and I didnt use my usual lighting setup. To use the cygnustech diffuser  it was too bulky to try and get close to the bees.
I did go completely blank in trying to get the right settings and then all of a sudden I just got some luck and it came back to me.
