Wildflower

       Nearly high summer . . . little storm activity so far . . . watched the beavers for a while . . . snapped a few flowers . . . choir at church . . . then home for second breakfast and the last stage of the Tour de France . . .  Phil Liggett is the voice of the Tour in the US . . . for fifty years!

       The rufous hummingbirds have arrived and just this last week we've seen a lot more hummers so I went on the deck to practise shooting off their wings.
