Sally Mair - Loving life

By Sallymair

Oh yes, and tomorrow....

Church this morning and hooray it started dry for our barbecue afterwards. I went early to get all set up and latish on headed into church for the service. I knew I was doing prayers today but to my horror realised at the last minute that I was also on servers duty. A quick change and I was all ready and in my alb. The service went smoothly apart from my taking a major coughing gig during the bible readings. I shot off into the vestry for around 10 minutes. People are used to my cough but this felt very disruptive. I think the problem is that if I take something to stop me coughing overnight I then have payback in the morning, or I could be wrong!
When all was cleared up from the lunch I headed across the road to the car and came across this very large drill being wielded by an electrician outside the opticians. It reminded me that I'm back at the dentist tomorrow although hopefully nothing this big will be needed! I think it's actually a day of xrays and planning.
Alloy came over at around 4 to swap cars, they'll take mine on holiday as it is newer and more reliable being only 9 years old compared to their own which is 17! While she was here the heavens opened and it trained very hard. There was blue in the sky afterwards tooth which was good to see.

The extra shows what the electrician was actually fitting at the opticians. Good to see and it appeared to be being powered through the shop.
