Humdrum

One of the humdrum tasks I did today was attaching comfortable ear-elastic from an old mask on to a more solid cloth mask. (Yes, I still wear a mask in shops and on buses - call me a snowflake if you wish). News not good from down south, where I'd been hoping to stop over on my way to D's funeral - damn, damn, damn.

We persevere, just about.
