We’ve had such a busy day today.  My eldest left at lunchtime and then we did the housework and two huge loads of washing after stripping the beds and changing all the towels!

I had already made this Beef Ragu and so we added some pasta spirals and had it for lunch.

I’m shattered after a very busy weekend and had a few side effects from my pneumococcal vaccine which I had on Friday.  Hubby made a mistake calculating the time since we first tested positive for covid 4 weeks ago so got turned away from his shingles vaccine appointment but managed to re-arrange it for next Saturday.

Looking forward to a couple of nights away for hubby’s birthday.
