Paddleboarding the Med

Was hoping to get out earlier to beat the extreme heat but wasn't out on the water till 11.15 am. Hiring was easy, however sea way too rough to stand up at all times, so mostly opted to paddle along the coast. Got annoyed by all the speed boats powering along, and felt relieved to be using simple woman power to propell my board forward. I stupidly had a lie down on the board in the sea but as it was so choppy it induced some delayed sea sickness later (all my own fault)

Had to complete some proposal reviews but fell asleep mid reviews due to the above. All done now and feel a bit better shouldn't need to switch computer on again now
