Swim safe

My eldest and her cousin attended a swim safe open swimming course at RNLI Anstruther this afternoon.

They spent time on land first, where they were told about staying safe in and around water before heading into the sea. Although they both felt they knew the advice given to them, they enjoyed the time they spent in the water.
