Howzat

Howzat not the best shot of my son but funny the background bomber who is the son of fellow Blipper KT.
The day looked fine so decided to have a mooch round Stockbridge market and the Botanics.. except no market and it started to rain.
Ended up in Hectors for a Nourish Bowl which was rather tasty and made plane to meet up with friends later.
Nipped to Penicuik with worst timing as just at half time and son above was batting last so we didn’t have time to stay and witness the defeat.
Had a wee catch up with KT who also trying to shake off Covid
Evening , back to Stockbridge to have an impromptu meal at friends Tracey and Ewan, also opticians. So four optoms in one room made for some lively chat all agreeing it’s not the job that we trained for thirty years ago.
The wine and conversation flowed just like a pre covid dinner party and didn’t get home til 2am
