Please do not feed the horses

I had planned to go for a walk in Hadley Woods yesterday morning but got waylaid - easily, l really do not really like walking in woods by myself. I instead parked the car by a meadow l have noticed and walked up and over some wonderful yellow fields towards Trent Park.
M has announced his intention to go over to the allotment this morning to dig up some potatoes, l may go over with him and sit under the umbrella as the temperature goes up to a very pleasant 28°.
