Miles this morning, no time for ParkRun as auntie had an appointment with the optician. I ran out southbound along the Tarka trail for an hour and then ran back.
Some useful steps for the big team challenge.
We walked from the optician to the day centre for tea and biscuits so plenty of steps for auntie too.
A hour or two spent at a car showroom in the afternoon discussing cars and whether to keep/update or exchange my Hybrid, decisions decisions!!
