Drying Time.

As well as the fruit and veg harvest, there are lime flowers and mint for tea. Annamaria is drying nettle seeds for a variety of uses. I gathered a lot of wild cherries to preserve in a brandy and sugar solution. It's a busy time of year, putting away a taste of summer for the dark days of winter.
