Got out for an early morning 22 kilometer run to beat the heat, but it was still 31°C. It's a good thing I've stayed in good shape since my last organised marathon event in January 2020, since when Covid-19 has prevented them from taking place in Japan, because yesterday I received notice that I was successful in my bid to take part in the Nara Marathon in December.

No limit on age.
No limit on speed.
No limit on idiocy.
