Eight o’clock and still no blip so out into the garden I go and there it is a kniphofia…..better known as red hot poker. 
 I was a bit worried they weren’t going to flower but over the last few days lots of little flowers are showing, this is quite a small variety, more blips to come I think.

Surprised at how lovely it was this evening so we got ourselves a little drinkie and sat out on the deck for an hour, a G&T for me and a beer for Mr PC
