Farfield Mill

A trip to Kendal for a hospital appointment for Santana.  

From here to Barbon where we had a tasty sandwich lunch.  Then on to Farfield Mill near Sedbergh.  Created to 'honour and preserve Farfield Mill’s textile heritage providing a hub for creative enterprises, engaging the visiting public with and fostering in them an appreciation of weaving and other traditional and contemporary arts and crafts, and giving them an understanding of the significance of the heritage of the local wool industry.'  


Well worth a visit if you are in the vicinity.
