Parkrun

Saturday = parkrun day :-)

Took H for a muggy 5+km walk this morning before running. Managed a very respectable 22:21 knocking 21 secs off my previous fastest time of the year.

Maybe I should start training and aim for my 2016 PB of 21:14.

Back home to an empty house. MrsT at her aunt and uncles, L at gymnastics so I did what every good guy should do and hoover the entire downstairs. H sheds so much just now.

We’re going to eat out for MrsT’s birthday treat as we couldn’t manage our yesterday due to Ls gymnastics.
