Hello Heron

This morning I really didn’t feel like running but of course I did it anyway. I took my son swimming and ran whilst he swam and after about a mile I felt better.

It was a beautiful morning and I ran around the park where I happened to spot this stunning heron. There were barely any people around and he didn’t seem to mind me stopping and taking his photo.

This weekend will be about getting ready for holiday. Lots to do and sort.
