Better By Bus

With Mrs S on a long day shift I decided rather than she try and modify her shift that I would get myself to and from the Macular Clinic in Helston.
Early start, 7:30am bus Falmouth to Helston arriving five minutes before my 8:45 appointment.
No treatment required at this visit so it was the 10:30 bus home arriving before lunch so that Sam could get out for the afternoon.
Paddy and I had our first decent long walk for a while in the late afternoon, the cooler weather meant longer and further.

For dinner I had a yearning for Cheesy-Hammy-Egg’s, a Navy favourite, made of toast with sliced ham, covered with cheese then grilled and a fried egg on top. Just the two and I thoroughly enjoyed them.
