Lighting

I was washing up this evening - something I do almost every day - when I started looking at the tiles and the LED lamps that live under the counter. Every time I take a photograph or video of the kitchen there’s a yellowish hue. The colour is so much part of our life that I don’t think about it anymore. I realised tonight, however, that these were not coloured bulbs but were white lights reflected off the tiles. I don’t know why. Found it so interesting but I did. 

I didn’t repeat yesterday morning’s walk but did my usual circuit and later this evening I went to my Tai Chi class. I am liking being back in the hall with the class but, as I’ve probably noted before, the motivation to leave my house at 6pm is quite difficult.
