RAIN!!!!

We're very excited! The promised rain finally turned up, albeit a bit later than expected. Litttle Man wanted to go outside (probably to explore the pebbled verges alongside the house) but because of the weather and the pebbles, I deemed it unwise for us to go out of doors.

Hubby only worked a few hours today, before coming home, much to our pleasure and happiness. He's now off for the entirety of the weekend. Little Man has been very sleepy today. He normally has either one long sleep (about 2 hours) or 2 shorter sleeps (about an hour each) but today, he had a short sleep and a very long one. He's also been extremely mobile, by attempting to climb onto his toy boxes and he even managed to get himself up onto the middle shelf of the bookcase and even pulled a book off, so far he's only ever managed to access the lowest shelf (it gets emptied almost daily).
