Day 203/22. An uncommon wasp?

Can anyone identify this wasp, seen on the edge of the New Forest today, 22nd July? Long legs, a black face and a long thin body.
It's like no other I have seen locally. Is it a Paper Wasp?

Later Edit: Apparently this is not a wasp at all, but a Sawfly. Still looks evil though....
