Lacock (Thursday 21st July 2022)

On my way to Melksham I called in at the Whitehall Garden Centre in Lacock. I didn't end up buying anything but had a good poke around inside and out. For Blip I decided to post the shot least like my most frequent blips, this menacing character taken in their Aquatic Centre. I felt quite safe, thanks to the aquarium glass.
In Extras are a dinosaur and also some glazed pots that almost included an unintended selfie.

I don't know if it was coincidence or something in the air but recently on 6 Music I heard this opening track from Neu!'s first album twice on the same day - first when Iggy Pop played it in the afternoon and then when Stuart Maconie included it in his Freak Zone show, but in a new remix co-created by Stephen Morris of New Order and Gabe Gurnsay from Factory Floor for a tribute album. In case there is something zeitgeisty going on I am getting in on the act with this new version. Hallogallo apparently means "wild partying".
