Euphorbia Royleana

It's cactus in appearance but it's actually a succulent.  It grows in Pakistan, India, Nepal, China.  This specimen is quite beautiful and I was happy to see it.  There are so many things dying all over Phoenix, it's rather astonishing.  Even the very hardy plant life in the desert need rain.
