BARELY STANDING

After temperatures at 83.8 degrees in the classroom I was barely standing and definitely not functioning well. Luckily the teacher had no expectations…we did a bit of maths, some colouring, quiet reading and writing 3 goals for next year…the rest of the day was taken up watching the Disney Channel!!!!! I was glad to get home for a quick nap before another Ukrainian evening.

Somehow I ended up being the taxi driver for 3 families so a bit of to and fro-ing!!! It was at local church there were new and nearly new clothes for children-adults, a jewellery stall, a craft stall and a stall full of soft toys…all free. There was a bring and share food table too. It was good to chat with other hosts and for my families to meet others.
After doing drop off Oks and I went to water the allotment (in the rain) Can’t believe I managed it….definitely ready to sleep!!

BTW…definitely was standing up for Ukraine
