Booked

It has been another day of post holiday anticlimax.

I did what was on the list, but (almost) none of it was of any interest. I did walk into the town centre to get my exercise and visit the library. That kind of walk - through mediocre suburbia and then along a busy road - was also an anticlimax after the forests I enjoyed so much when I was away.

The “almost” is that I booked a weekend away next month to New Pitsligo, to attend another Blipper’s spoken word festival. While I was on a roll, I also bought a ticket for the Camanachd Cup Final (that’s shinty’s biggest day of the year) in Kingussie in September. 

On the subject of fellow Blippers, James Oswald is also one of the clan.
