Acciughe

Out back early doors for a bit of pedalling - psych mesen up for the return to the world of work after very nearly three weeks off.

And I'm here for the long shift, the overnighter, and that's alright. Have just recreated a favourite meal from my Italian holiday - spaghetti with olive oil, garlic, chilli, toasted breadcrumbs and anchovies. The original version I had in Tuscany the other week was with pici pasta rather than spaghetti but....somewhat unsurprisingly Tesco was pici-free.
