Lawnmowers galore

Weeding gets the back aching so after lunch N and I went to look for a new lawnmower as ours is on its last legs. It is a "lady's" size, rusty, impossible to start and we just want an easy life with N perhaps undertaking the task now rather my having to do it.

We have been going to this old fashioned firm for years and they had what we were looking for, not on display but upstairs. There were only two of this particular model left in the store. T will collect it tomorrow in his truck taking the old one in to see if they will lower the price in an exchange. Even a tenner would help!

Goldfinches were flying through the garden today.
