so this bike is a Giant flat bar with carbon forks a single chain ring on the front (1x11) and puncture resistant tyres 

haven't been on the Waggonway from Whitley Bay to Seaton Delaval for a while

I'm starting to think its time to buy a full carbon drop bar road bike...
