You Are My Sunshine

When I started work this morning I sat down at my desk and the right side of my back went "Schrumpf".  I was actually leaning over and the pain was awful.  Thankfully I have Voltaren on my desk.  2 tablets and an hour later, I could sit again.

I needed bread so I went to the local supermarket - i found my Blip on the way there - this was a mistake.  I shall not rant.
