Cast

I have been trying to get a blip of the guys in the sand casting works for ages now but I never seem to know when they are casting as its not a set routine. I went this morning to pic up a load of castings for work and happened to catch it just right as they were about to pour.

I love this place and find it fascinating to watch this process that has been around for centuries. There is something primeval about molten metal...

I would have liked a bit more time to spend and explore different angles and light but just glad I got chance to be there.
