Return of the dancing tree

I think today it must be a rain dance! So far we've been lucky not to get caught in any showers, but I suspect that won't last for long... Indeed, as I type, the hail has started, just in time for the pre-school run!

I thought it was interesting to see how much has changed foliage and flowers wise since I last blipped this tree. (It first appeared in this journal back here, before I even noticed it was dancing!)

It's been a funny old week. Too much time spent on excel again (why are budgets never finished?!), and too much of that time spent at the expense of playing with the children... On the plus side, though, they've had fun playing in the sunshine with each other (apart from today!), and I have had a couple of enjoyable social evenings out (as well as one spent at a trustee meeting - which was enjoyable in its own way, I suppose). 3-5 hours a week for this role, they said. They lied significantly underestimated!
