Feeling Quite Healthy

Mr Echo and I up early and in the city centre before 9 o'clock to take part in the Biobank assessment. All very well organised and we were out by !0.10 a.m.
having answered a number of life style questions and had our reflexes and memory measured on the computer.
We then were measured standing and sitting.
Weighed fully clothed
Had lung capacity measured
Bone density measured
Hips and waist measured over clothes.
Blood samples taken.
Finally a urine sample.
We were then given a print out as you can see.
