Another garden blip as we haven't been out this aft.

It's much cooler, but the fabric of the house held the heat overnight - still 27C this morning! We flung all the windows wide for an hour before we set off - me to Pilates and Roy to Sainsbury's.

A good Pilates session - we had chance to ask a few questions and tidy up some of the exercises, as the aim wasn't to go full pace today. It was very helpful ;)

Doors and windows open as soon as we got back - much cooler - but so shocking looking at the news, and the result of all the fires in the local area. Some poor folk have lost everything.

Final PMQs from Johnson too - he's unapologetic and unrepentant... I'm glad he didn't say "I'll be back..."

And Truss or Sunak for PM... now there's a prospect...
