37 is too hot

Even though I have visited the Death Valley area ( hottest place on the planet) it was mainly with air con everywhere. We are just not geared up in this country . Our homes are designed to hold the heat and we are certainly not used to these temperatures. Poor Mollie has a black coat and after a tiny spell outside to do her business she comes in panting . I soon cool her down with this apt damp scarf and a spell in front of the fan.
