Exciting (not)

Have recently been observing activity at the back of the former China Palace premises - it must have been let at last. (Don't think it ever really recovered after that chimney fire.....) Had a nosey round the front on my way to the letterbox - much building/re-fitting activity going on inside, and these notices in each window. Doesn't say what variety of restaurant/bar will be opening there, but 'exciting' is doubtful. Opening by the end of July, eh? They'll have to get their skates on......
