Wanderings

I went for a walk in the sun today. It was so hot but people are still wearing jackets and jumpers! Don't know how they do it. I took this picture in the park in Nanterre, it's amazing how different things look when it's sunny.

Started writing my Warwick essay before attempting to head to Nikki's birthday drinks. Unfortunately I got on the RER at rush hour and ended up feeling rather ill and not really up to socialising. Got all the way to Nation before deciding I had to find a cold drink. After that and a little wander in the outside air I decided that I wasn't up to it and swapped to the metro to go home. That at least was air conditioned. Sorry Nikki- will make it up to you when we're both back in Paris.
