Tuesday: In The Shade

I hesitate to say that it was hot and muggy here, given that it was only 31 degrees (which, compared to the UK is positively chilly) but still……it was warm.

Whatever went on yesterday is much improved but thanks for your well wishes. I’m monitoring my blood pressure and, while high this morning, it was much more normal tonight.  I think it’s a combination of heat, mugginess, a bit of stress etc.   I’m just focussing on winding down the job and then onwards…….
