I wasn't feeling particularly inspired tonight and it showed when I tried to practice guitar. 20 minutes was all I needed to know that I should put it down and try another day.

I am going down with the man flu, or at the very least the man head cold. It has been lurking in the background and since I got home this evening it has gotten worse.
