Seagull perch

Looking out of an upstairs window, down at my jungle of a garden, I saw this seagull perched on my giant Echium plant! It’s been in flower for ages and has developed a curve. I was hoping the gull’s weight wouldn’t break the plant, and it didn’t. Two gulls together might though!
