More late light
Our evening walk between Fewston and Thruscross reservoirs, takes us past a small - and much reduced - lake. It’s a hot sultry evening. I’m still on the trail of dragonflies- and we do see a couple but they don’t land. What we’re not expecting is the tiny toads which are hopping all over a short stretch of the path - there’s a big one too.
Much of Fewston reservoir currently looks like a chamomile lawn, shockingly low - its from the end of here that the blip is taken.
