Went to Bowness on Solway for tonight's sunset as haven't been there for a while.  We survived the heatwave today by staying indoors apart from taking Misty out for some short walks.  Going outside was like walking into an oven.  It was so much cooler in the house thank goodness.  Took Misty to the estuary again when the tide was coming in which she enjoyed.
