Cloudy sky

I’m hoping that bodes well for a slightly cooler day tomorrow, but I fear it means a very hot night.

Work, watching bits of the Tour, chat with Mam (who kept steering the chat away from our proposed trip to Bristol, so I guess that’s not on the cards any more), and then <drumroll> a call from TallGirl who is now by the sea on stage 2 of her big trip, and they have wifi. She sounds to be having an amazing time - and has already done a dive to 12 metres! Lovely to hear her voice, and see that the hasty hair plaiting lessons have been put to good use!

Only 10 days until we set off on the long journey to join her!
