In Training

Went out for a walk along the beach this morning before it got too hot and too busy. Met a couple of the Atlantic Body & Soul team who had just been out for a short training session to Musselburgh and back - as they said, better than doing it on the rowing machine. They are planning a much longer training route, in the proper boat, all the way round Skye. As it's all in preparation for this year's Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge they might drop in at the distillery, or at least get some photos in front of it.
