Looks cool . . .

. . . but it wasn’t. And the river is looking very low. I was at the Optician choosing some new reading glasses and walked back along the river in the shade of the trees to find where Gordon had parked the car. Then we hastened home. Ridiculous temperatures here (see extra). Never been known before. But we do have a breeze. And I’m getting lots of reading done!
