Sitting down on the job...

Early morning short eared owl seemingly 'sitting down' and having a few moments of rest from hunting for food. I also saw two barn owls out hunting nearby.

School - ok at first, scorchio later.

Edit - I've just seen the news on the London and Doncaster fires. How on earth anybody can deny climate change is beyond me.
