End of the weekday lunch hour in Marunouchi

The weekday lunch hour in Marunouchi (12:00 - 13:00) means a section of the Marunouchi Nakadori street, called the Lunch Promenade, is closed off to traffic allowing for people to cross the street. Sharp at 13:00, however, the promenade is no longer available to walk. In this photograph, the security officials are wheeling away the barriers that were put in place to block the traffic.
