Chicory
Chicory plants starting to flower. They've made a magnificent effort in height this year and I'm pleased to see the pretty blue flowers coming out. There's a lot. The stamens are curly and covered in pollen as you see so I hope the insects like them as much as I do.
Still warm but today not (yet) unbearable. I've taken pottering to a so far unplumbed depth but I'm quite enjoying the enforced slow down. Would like to see an end to the double line of doom though.
