gout

Today was not fun, yesterday afternoon within about 3 hrs I had a gout attack, and I was on the couch all day today and probably tomorrow.

I,m not looking for sympathy, this is just what is going on in my life today, and it sucks.

I will get over this, just a matter of time.

The area that is swollen on my right foot is where it always attacks.
