Hot

Started with BP and fortunately the gym was cool with air con. Home for quick shower then another beach trip and boy was it hot!! We didn’t check the tides and it was low tide when we got there so had to wait awhile to swim. However when the tide came in, the water was bliss and we swum a number of times. We stayed until about 7.00 and it was still warm, but we had a great day again.
