Eros Piccadilly London

The Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain, popularly but incorrectly known as "Eros", is a fountain surmounted by a winged statue of Anteros, located at the southeastern side of Piccadilly Circus in London, England. 
We spent the day walking from Finsbury Square to the river with a quick look into the Tate Modern, I was not inspired, Then a walk up the river on the south side crossing at Charring Cross then through to Piccadilly Circus where we saw a play in the Criterion Theatre. After we had a light dinner and back through Shaftesbury Avenue to to Finsbury Square for a shower and a cold beer.
