Tropical Flowers

These flowers have been gracing our flat for more than a week now and are still looking good.

Bb and I went for our exercise walk this morning along Copacabana and then continued along around the bay and along the front of Ipanema, instead of turning and walking back the same way. Enjoyed a 'por kilo' lunch in Ipanema, then back to Copa and Bb had some work to do in the afternoon by Skype, so I made myself scarce for a couple of hours. Another por kilo buffet dinner tonight and that's us at the end of our two 'restricted days' again and five weeks of our new healthy eating regime under our belts!
